They are passionate about Old Polish and Mediterranean cuisine. They often use traditional regional products and combine them with innovative cooking techniques. They cooked for politicians, actors and foreign guests. They cooperated with many recognised authorities in the culinary arts.

They conduct trainings, live cooking shows and culinary events of various world cuisines.
